Not much we can do here. Did you check that the Platinum was offered before you finalised the deal? If so and it was there you'll have to speak to support as it could be because it froze.

Alternatively, contact the person you traded with, if they also kept the plat on their end, they might be willing to just give it to you.

I had something like this happen the other day. I didn't actually complete the trade, but after ~5-10 minutes, the Platinum was added and the item was removed. I chalked it up to cross-save server bugs.
