Need help With Cross Platform

[Dracous13]

I am trying to merge  my pc account to my ps5 account. I don't  have my computer and steam account  i cant remember. I do as you see still have access to my pc Dracous13 account in forum.

I have tried to do the cross platform save on my ps5 account. It shows both of my accounts. When trying to merge them it gives aproblem of me being the founding warlord in the clan . I am a founder on the pc . And the founding warlord in both platforms . I need some Dev help please. My pc account is Dracous13. My ps5 account is Dracous1970.

Any and all help will keep my 11 years of loving this game and playing with my son and freinds combined!!!
