Why doesn’t warframe work with a backbone controller?

I need help with my cross platform save!! I have posted twice in the cross platform pages. I am a founder on pc account Dracous13 I have the account info just no comp. I want my ps5 account Dracous1970 to be may main. But it won’t let me finish the save because I am a founding warlord in the pc clan. If you could help me I would be so happy. I have played your game for around 11 years. Please help this Tenno!!! Thank you so much for your time.

I am trying to merge my pc account to my ps5 account. I don't have my computer and steam account i cant remember. I do as you see still have access to my pc Dracous13 account in forum. I have tried to do the cross platform save on my ps5 account. It shows both of my accounts. When trying to merge them it gives aproblem of me being the founding warlord in the clan . I am a founder on the pc . And the founding warlord in both platforms . I need some Dev help please. My pc account is Dracous13. My ps5 account is Dracous1970. It wont let me Finnish the cross platform save .Iwant my pc account mergded with my ps5 account and it as my main platform account .It says im a founding warlord on pc clan. I cant access a pc to leave it. This might need a Dev assistance. I do have the pc logg in. Iwas a founder on pc. Dracous13 . My ps5 account name is Dracous1970.
