Zendesk access

Question

I cannot log into the Zendesk to look at, or create new tickets. No idea why but anytime I am logged in and click support, it logs me out. And if I am on the support page and try to log in, it says log in failed. I have no idea what's wrong and was wondering if anyone knew why I've lost Zendesk access
