Weather Frame

I don't have a "look" for this frame. I was just messing around and a random thought sparked the idea of this warframe kit.

Passive: Fog Conceals her, lightning charges energy, wind quickens steps, water heals

1 water needles

Collecting the water from the very air, the droplets are formed into needles and launched foreward in a cone dealing piercing damage and promoting lightning element weakness

2 Fog of War

fog rolls out in waves, slowly building and spreading. The longer this toggle is enabled the further the fog will spread within. Enemies within the fog have reduced detection and accuracy

3 Thunderstorm

Casting causes a storm to form at location. Lighting flashes from the cloud to the ground. Enemies directly hit take lightning damage. Enemies within range of the strike take impact damage from thunder.

4 Lightning Elemental

Spawn a single elemental. It attacks with gusts of wind at range and counters with lightning from enemy attacks within it's effective range. If defeated it explodes sending wind and lighting out in a wave knocking nearby enemies and dealing lightning status.
