Hip fire crosshair vanishes after aiming with scoped weapons on archwing in open world

When aiming down sights while in an archwing it removes the hip fire crosshair. It only properly resets if:
1) You switch to a weapon without a scope
2) leave archwing and melee (if you have something like a rubico and knell equipped 1 is not possible)
