Missing weaon Incarnon animation & excess Memory game usage

When the weapon meter is full & ready to be flicked over to incarnon mode, the animation on the bar meter under your sights which pulses to let you know it's full is missing! 

You still get the bar meter fill up - it just no longer pulses to let you know you're good to swap over.

 

Also, the memory usage for the game has suddenly jumped up from around 2,800mbs to over 8,000mbs! Monitored as I was playing & it allocates the correct amount to begin with then slowly starts creeping up.

Highest I saw it climb to was 12,125mbs of Memory usage before I bottled it & quit out!!!

I haven't noticed unusual RAM usage, but my typical VRAM usage before the update was about 3GB and that's now doubled to 6GB. My average framerate has also halved, and I haven't changed any settings; not sure what the cause is. Other games and synthetic benchmarks run fine, I'm running the same graphics driver as before.
