Trade lag, slow, auto drop out from team

Recently i having issue on trade with other players and joining other player's games. i have check everything included cross platform enabled, changing port, internet checking, enable 2FA  and so on. Sometime other player just cant see me and i cant see them. i can see other player on maroo bazaar, but cant see the person i trade with. when we finally successfull open the trade box, i cant see opponents item but they can see mine.  i have tried many methods, and asking around, but sometime i happened to be invisible to them. i am MR 23 player who played and returner warframe's player for almost 7 to 8 years, this happens recently and very frustrating. Please help
