Helminth Nourish Multipliers Not Displaying Correctly

When looking at your Warframe's abilities, if your Warframe has Nourish as a Helmimth ability, it shows the newly nerfed multipliers of 1.6x energy and 45% Viral.

However, if you view your abilities from the upgrade/modding menu, Nourish still displays the pre-nerf stats, being 2x energy and 75% Viral.

Wanted to create my own thread, but then decided to re-check the forum... YUP, CAN CONFIRM this is an issue.

Nourish UI numbers are somewhat broken when you mouse-over it in different states.

In Arsenal, it shows new, "nerfed" numbers:

All while in the Upgrade screen, it still shows the OLD, "pre-nerf" numbers:

3,29x vs 4,82x Energy Multiplier and 171% vs 286% in Viral dmg... Ya know?

- All other abilities show the same normal numbers in both states. So it's JUST the Nourish tooltip inside the Upgrade screen;

- All other frames with Nourish subsumed to them have the same issue too, so it's not just Wisp(like on my screenshot);
