4 player Omnia fissure Void cascade is so fast you cant Get Reactant.

Tried farming Some Omnia Fissures on Void cascade SP. Me and my party were clearing them so fast the most we got for reactant was like 7 with us deliberately slowing down. please either increase the reactant chance or increase the rate of corruption happening. 

in some runs we legit had 0 reactant on some of us.

Tried farming some void cascade but even with increased drop chance of reactant people still often end up w/o opening their relic. Since Reactant usually spawns around 1 player and if that play is 400 meters away from the people defending, it makes it impossible sometimes to get the needed reactant.

 

The only way of solving this imo is to make the reactant be shared map-wide like in railjack missions. Void Cascade isn't a mode where people can stay together all the time like other missions. People often need to split into 2 groups and when going from the 3rd room back to the 1st, things get unreliable and the distances get big.

Increasing the reactant drop rate s not going to solve the issues here (or with void flood). Hanging around ad grabbing personal pickups in a certain location is simply not compatible with the base design of the game mode. Fissures need to function in a fundamentally different way. Not all game modes can simply have collect 10 reactant added in and the day called. Excavation already demonstrated some issues with this, forcing players to slow roll rounds on purpose to make them work (this should have been looked into years ago), but modes with a built in fail timer by there vary nature CANNOT be player-patched in this way. the system must change to adapt to the mode.

This is so frustrating. Just tried 3 missions in a row in the same omnia fissure, and had to keep restarting because the rounds kept ending before enough reactants spawned. Often times, when there is enough reactant spawning, there is one person 2 rooms away while we're trying to keep the exolizers closed. Sometimes, the players defending are punished because a random squad member is in another room where reactant spawns, and we're unable to leave the exolizer room or the mission will fail -- thus forfeiting the reactant and being unable to open relics.
