DE, how many people have you listened to before slapping the big ol' LOS check? (35.5 Dante Nerf)

Part 1 - Tragedy

The nice thing about Dante's tragedy was that you can toss some status DOTs on some enemies, move on around some obstacles and toss status DOTs to another group, then cast tragedy, and both groups are gone! Your effort in priming multiple groups of enemies for tragedy was worth it!

Oh, his tragedy was nuking lower level enemies, well it's only fai- (whispering) whats that? Volt, saryn, and more frames do that exact thing without LOS checks and did it better than dante? Then what the hell does this change accomplish? This makes just makes Dante's tradegy more inconsistent to use because of that one table in the way and have one enemy saved by their comrade in the way of the cast.

Part 2 - Triumph

So I am very aware of the incompatibility with overguard and damage-benefitting builds, like chroma and the rage mod, in fact, me and one of my friends who LOVES chroma encountered this.

So, you lowered Triumph's initial overguard gain, I am sure those chroma users are hap- WHO THE HELL AM I KIDDING, THEY ARE STILL PISSED OF THE OVERGUARD GAIN FROM THE +300% STR BUILDS, THIS ISN'T A OVERGUARD ISSUE, THIS IS A CHROMA ISSUE, NO ONE IS HAPPY WITH THIS COMPROMISE.

My suggestion? Make chroma's abilities also benefit from overguard damage for the time being, as more frames with the ability to share overguard are coming out (of course, tweak the math, as overguard has no DR)

Part 3 - final thoughts and slight vent

I was completely shook by these changes, not only did Rebecca herself say they are taking this seriously, and making slight tweaks and a equally small nerf, I also spent about 175 plat on my boy in cosmetics, some of that plat I have bought. Reb even said that this wouldn't be a "fun for 1 week" situation, and look what happened.

I LOVED Dante because of his interesting, effective, and interactive kit and most importantly, felt balanced, and the "slight tweak" Rebecca promised wouldn't affect that, this was more than a tweak though, this was a betrayal to the people who invested in him (forma, money, or otherwise) and showed us you don't know how to tweak frames in accordance to the current (and future) game state.

If these changes stay, I want my 170 plat and 4-5 forma back

it looks something like this:
there are a little more ways to put up excessive protection in the game, and players begin to encounter more often that the developers did not think about how / existing builds designed to receive damage / and their / newly invented mechanics / will interact
players begin to pay attention to the fact that mechanics conflict with each other
Developers:
- Oh! we have a great idea, let's kill the new warframe so that no one wants to play it and everyone is happy)))

The line of sight on tragedy is honestly a joke. It makes absolutely no sense at higher levels, since it just makes it clunky and unreliable (which is not difficulty nor skill), and lower levels have bigger problems. If I need to nuke a low level mission I'm not going to spend 100 energy and 4 seconds to cast dante's 4, I have thermal sunder harrow ffs

At this point they're just mocking us, everyone was saying that dante's own overguard was fine but what needed to go was ally overguard so they proceeded to nerf dante's own overguard and he still gives overguard to allies, SO WTF DID YOU ACCOMPLISH
