Which Prime Access Packs Qualify you for the end of year Prime Noggles

I was wondering if anyone would be able to confirm which prime access pack tiers would qualify you for any of the 'end of the year' prime noggle?

Gauss prime access gave the noggle + floof with the prime accessories pack, so I was wondering if I had to get the accessory pack again to qualify for this? Or if not which of the other 3 tiers would also qualify you for the rewards. I'm assuming the complete pack would qualify you, but I was more wondering about the weapon / prime tiers

The one with the Warframe, whether it's the mid tier one or the full one. Gauss Accessories were an exception due them distributing noggles late last year until barely a few weeks ago.

Ah, that's a shame; guess I'll skip out on buying a PA this time. Thanks for the info!

No probs. Remember the noggles come back when the frames get unvaulted (although that needs a few years of patience!)
