Dojo Clan Emblem - i need help from DE for activate my Emblem

I have had an emblem created and need help from DE to activate it and make it visible. 
The platinum was pulled and the last major update was Protea Prime, 
unfortunately my emblem was forgotten or not edited. 
There was no response.
Please help

It's not a bug. Clan emblems are added only with big updates. The closest update of that kind will happen on May 15th. So just sit and wait.
