Minor Ivara QoL

Just wanted a few minor tweaks to help push Ivara up a little bit in regular non-solo/spy content

Quiver Noise Arrow: Allies in range of Noise Arrow will have their weapons silenced for a duration

First off, this would add some synergy with Prowl that either 1.) doesn't force her to break invisibility... or 2.) Doesn't require her to add a silencing mod on her weapon. It also adds SOME extra functionality when enemies are alerted (95% of content) that all warframes could utilize due to Helminth

Navigator: Projectiles use Archwing controls

My biggest gripe with Navigator is that all projectiles have different movement speeds, and they are often way too clunky and slow/fast to actually control. There's also this moment where the player has to adjust to a quick camera shift to the projectile, but the projectile is usually moving already and doesn't give the player much time to adjust before hitting a wall. The ability trades potentially massive damage for a painful strain on your energy economy, but right now you also have to fight the simple usability of the skill.  Add proper control, please.

Prowl: Parkour doesn't completely turn off Prowl

A simple change, a fantastic buff. Right now, bullet jumping, sliding, and running will just completely turn off the ability and force you to recast it. They should break Prowl, but Ivara should return to invisibility as soon as possible.

I'd agree with Noise arrow, but not the other two.
Or add it into the augment to make Noise arrow into a Suppresion arrow instead. Augments after all are meant to change how the ability works, not just straightup buff like many of them do, so changing the arrow type while keeping the theme of it being sound based, works.

Navigator using Archwing controls kinda defeats the point of you redirecting a fast moving projectile. Note, Redirecting. The projectile is still acting as normal, it's just curving, like the classic "Curve the arrow" trope.
Honestly, navigator could easily be removed and Ivaras kit would be improved somewhat. It's a pretty clunky, gimmicky ability that was made during a time they were trying to add tons of gimmicks.

Prowl turning off during parkour is a defining feature of it. You can sprint and jump at full speed when on ziplines, that's its synergy.
Make dashwires, jump on them, sprint on them all you want without breaking stealth, and then jump off in whatever direction you want and get catapulted away.

Ivaras whole thing is she's meant to be a slow, stealthy, patient hunter who uses her tools to move around. Her kit encompasses that fairly well as it currently is.
