Can you still Taxi a player to a planet they don't have unlocked? (answered)

Is this still possible? I don't have Neptune unlocked yet, but I desperately need 'Tellurium' for a frame I'm building.

Yes YOU CAN !

It can also drop from others locations like fortuna bounty : see at wikia

Thank you for answering, I've tried Fortuna's bounties but sadly it isn't guaranteed you'd get Tellurium :(

 

I'm honestly just hoping I can find someone who has the time to taxi me to Neptune LOL

No Tellurium drop is guaranteed. That is why it is a rare resource.

I wouldnt do that if I were you. You are basically attempting to use a cheat coes that take away from your game experience. Just clear the planets/routes like they were meant to be done. You will need to do that eventually.

Fair enough, I ended up unlocking all the way to Saturn but the general Ruk boss fight is glitched (again.) And I'm pretty upset abt it. 
 Despite that I got my Tellurium all on my own 👍

What do you mean glitched? Certain scripted/phase boss fights do not tell the player what to do and may appear not progressing. Notably Ruk and Lech Kiril (both solo and in pair with Vor).
