Hello, can you tell me the value of this riven please? I have searched on several websites but none of them sell exactly the statistics that the riven has :)

There is no shear stat available for rivens in English language Warframe. I can only assume you mean Slash.

Azothane is extremly niche weapon with extremly niche weapon type and Stance that many people dislike.

Riven looks ok-ish for 2016 BR/WW x12 combo build, but those are not very popular nowdays (and if you run combo you have to use the awful stance moveset). 

If you did not find exact stats you have, you need to check the closest stats and be able to tell whether you roll is better or worse than those. Also have in mind what you see are Sell offers, not actual value of the item (or the value of the trades going on, so if you see them they are most likely higher than the purchase power of whoever is buying). The supply of rivens is always higher than demand.

All in all I think you should be able to get realistically 150-300 p for it.
