I went straight to tenno lab and flipped to the last tab which is where tech stuff is... nothing.... So then I ran to all the other labs and checked... nothing... So then I go into my clan tab see a the page that shows all the research that has been done or not done... x100 Air @ Tennolabs?? Seriously?? So I go back and flip through all the tabs AGAIN. The 1st/main tab has the x100. So the bug is the new x100 Air Support Charges were not tagged correctly to show up in the last tab /tech stuff.
