Brief respite and augur mods not working when you're the host

Both brief respite and augur mods won't replenish any shield when you are not a host in a match

Personally I found both of those mods and the arcane Molt Reconstruct ceasing to work temporarily and on rare occasion in the middle of a mission while not the host. They went back to working as intended a minute or so later.

Haven't encounter the Molt Reconstruct issue, but til this day, the brief respite and augur mods doesn't provide any shield when I join an ongoing match
