Spawning in with half of my usual health in ophelia uranus

I am using garuda prime, and whenever I enter ophelia on uranus, I spawn in with roughly only half of my health is it normal?? (Only happens when I spawn underwater)

Nope checked everything I think it's archwing related whenever I spawn with the arching underwater I get half health but when I spawn outside it doesn't seem to happen

Nope i even tested it out by spawning into ophelia repeatedly if i spawn outside i have my usual health if i spawn underwater and leave i have abt half

Can confirm this bug is a thing and no, it's not caused by unintentionally having a Dragon Key.

With my mod setup, my Nekro's health should be at 851, yet for some reason it got halved to 460 at the start of my Ophelia run.

Could be some leftover Nightmare mission modifier code that never got removed from the normal mission node.
