Circuit instant-extract as host

Was doing circuit on steelpath, did around 42mins of it, got to tier 10 so I decided to leave.

When the zone ended and voting UI popped up, someone voted right, I voted left and I instantly got "mission complete" and was no longer in the party with those players (it wasn't a premade squad but still).

This is very bad to happen to players, especially as it was alchemy and I've read recent known issues that alchemy>excavation would cause mission softlocks (but next one was assassination so I hope they're alright).

 

Even if migration didn't break mission logic, it can still pretty much screw 1-2 players over when they try to connect to the designated new host and it fails, kicking them to main menu, losing who knows how much progres because of it... that's an unacceptable outcome, there's always bugs but this seems on purpse, please redesign xD
