Nekomian Posted September 7 Share Posted September 7 I'd generate logs from launcher and send them to DE support; this is usually a network-related issue that you might have to solve on your end, but it's possible they can either assist troubleshooting with it or find some sort of fallback / workaround for players facing the same problem.
