Hard Engage is still a trash-fire mod that is even more an explicit debuff for you to equip it now than it was pre-update

When I get back to my home computer I will record a video, but suffice to say it's depressing that, with all the changes to melee companions in this update, this mod and its effects were completely overlooked.
