"Ability In Use" after casting Null Star is annoying and should be changed/removed

You can't cast any ability after casting Null Star for 1-2 seconds. I know that the delay is to prevent Null Star spam, but why can't I cast Molecular Prime immediately after Null Star? My suggestion is quite simple: remove the delay for all abilities except Null Star itself. It's very annoying to wait to cast an ability.

it feels like a bug, and i hope it is, cause if its intentional its insane to not mention it in the patch notes and insane to even include it

I don't think its a delay added on purpose. The ability cannot be recasted while the orbs are at max. This also prevent Neutron Star from working as intended. You cannot recast it to throw the orbs with doubled search radius.
