Free Caliban missing (DE Investigating)

I have tried restarting the game twice, including totally restarting my system the second time. There is no message in my inbox aside from Ordis giving me forma. Which is nice of him to be fair! 

Are the Calibans coming out in waves? Or is this a "check back later" sort of thing at the moment?

You'll get it an hour after the content launched if i remembered correctly just give it time you may need to login into the game after an hour so you should get it now

As title says, I got on, immediately hit with hotfix deploying, checked my inbox and had the lotus message about caliban. I restarted Warframe after hotfix finished deploying and caliban isn't in my inventory, along with lotus's message.

I logged in today hoping to get Caliban. But I didn't get an inbox message. I saw on Reddit that someone else had the same issue, so now I'm here.

Update: still don't have it. I have tried two different systems now too. No message from Lotus in inbox. I only have my one rank 30 Caliban. I'm not sure where to go to even ask for it to be sent again? If that's even possible.

I logged into the game yesterday and checked my inbox to make sure i received my Caliban and other rewards from the streams. I received everything and logged off as i had other things to do.

On the night of the same day, however, when i logged back on to play and level my new frame, it was gone. When i looked through my inventory, i couldn't find anything. Even the message in my inbox was missing. I don't know how i can go about fixing this so here i am

Was really hoping to see the "Heres your free Caliban" message pop up with the latest hotfix, but contrary to Komei, No Dice.... 😓

in the last hotfix, the message in my inbox got deleted along with my caliban

and yet i've heard reports of others getting 3 or 4.  I guess yours went to them 🤨
as well as getting doubled up or more on the 5 formas..

I’ve been logging into Warframe the last two days multiple times. I’ve done all the updates and cleared some mail, and still no caliban in my inbox or inventory.

I’m having a similar issue. I logged in and checked my inbox but once I opened the Caliban msg it made me relog and then the msg disappeared from my inbox.

Iam on crosssave xbox/pc/ios... still no caliban :(

There is a glitch where caliban is not showing up in the inbox/inventory. I’ve logged in multiple times since the release and did all the updates.  Other players have also shard they have not received their Caliban Warframe.
