This update has broken my network port

Ever since this update came out I've been having very bad tech problems and the game keeps telling me "Please ensure that your firewall permits UDP Ports 4950 & 4955" I have added warframe to the firewall exception but i still get this error i hope im not the only person having this problem as this only started after the update dropped

Using strict NAT in most scenarios will cause no issues. I've done it for years.
