Supra Posted October 3 Share Posted October 3 (edited) The new conditioning mods for beast companions (385% Melee Damage, Convert all base Physical Damage to Slash/Puncture/Impact Damage) currently seemed to be bugged with regards to the innate combined element damage types of Vulpas/Predasites. Despite the mod saying it will only convert "Physical" damage it currently seems to remove the innate combined elemental damage that 2 of the 3 Predasites have (Vizier-Corrosive+Impact and Medjay-Viral+Slash), as well as the Sly Vulpaphyla (Magnetic+Impact). They function correctly on the ones with the basic elemental damage types. (Panzer and Crescent Vulpa, their toxin/electric stays) Predasites (Pharaoh not included since it has slash only) Medjay Predasite (Viral + Slash) without conditioning mod Medjay Predasite (Viral + Slash) with conditioning mod, Viral gets removed Vizier Predasite (Corrosive + Impact) without conditioning mod Vizier Predasite (Corrosive + Impact) with conditioning mod, Corrosive gets removed Vulpas Sly Vulpaphyla (Magnetic + Impact) without mod Sly Vulpaphyla (Magnetic + Impact) with mod, Magnetic gets removed Panzer Vulpaphyla (Toxin + Slash) without mod Panzer Vulpaphyla (Toxin + Slash) with mod, Toxin stays Crescent Vulpaphyla (Electric + Puncture) without mod Crescent Vulpaphyla (Electric + Puncture) with mod, Electric stays - Hotfix 37.0.7 - As of Hotfix 37.0.7 this is still bugged but now also affects the Pharaoh Predasite which previously only had Slash, after 37.0.7 was changed to Puncture/Gas Fixed Pharaoh Claws not having the correct Damage Types (was using Slash instead of Puncture and Gas). Thus making it so the bug now affects ALL Predasites, they all lose their innate combined elemental if using the physical conversion mods (Brute/Disabling/Precision Conditioning) Pharaoh Predasite (Gas + Puncture) without conditioning mod Pharaoh Predasite (Gas + Puncture) with conditioning mod, Gas gets removed Edited October 16 by Supra Edit to include change from Hotfix 37.0.7 in the main post 9 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Innate Combined Elementals on pets that have them are being treated as Physical in regard to the Conditoning Mods. They are also still classified as Elemental for the purposes of the Elemental Claws set of mods too, however, meaning any of the conversion mods will remove the innate Combination elements. I doubt video evidence of this is necessary, but I've made a habit of including some sort of Screenshot/Video proof with all my bug reports recently, so here you go: 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Supra Posted October 19 Author Share Posted October 19 Seems to have been added in the "Known Issues" Predasite elemental Claw damage gets converted by "Conditioning" Mods (NEW) But there's no mention of the Sly Vulpaphyla, which is also affected by the bug, hopefully it doesn't fly under the radar and only the Predasites get fixed. I imagine the fix would to the mods and not the Predasites+Sly Vulpa, but just in case.
