Arthur's Hair Looks Really Low-Quality

Like the title says, Arthur's hair colours quite poorly in the majority of the lighting.

It looks far less realistic and detailed than he appears in promotional material.

I remember Eleanor's hair looking like this in the Mall Relay back during TennoCon. I think an update like 1999 really does warrant a hair overhaul, as this problem applies to all characters with human hair (Loid, Operator/Drifter, Albrecht).

Hoping to see this fix and improved, it's been a long time coming. All the best with the preparations for the update this winter.
