How do you exit or bring up the menu?

In Duviri, the last stage I have no idea how to do this and I don’t feel like watching YT videos and ads right now to find out, so I just want to do something else. I will attempt it later maybe. Am I missing a button to bring up the menu or should I just close the game and restart? I don’t know how to extract or scan somachords so there has to be something I’m missing.
