Pros - 1-2 shot Grineer/Corpus Infantry up to level 25 (r8 Hornet Strike+respective weakness) - 2-3 shot Grineer Heavies around lvl 25 with at least one crit to the face. - Named after me. Cons - Somewhat difficult to level off the ground - It feels like it needs a potatoe from the get-go to bring out its potential. - Inaccurate. Best use at the breach of Medium Range. (Duals [upon release] may suffer a great penalty) - Deals with Corpus half-decently. For being specialized to Corpus, it feels rather weak. Well the soma is different(mostly because of the crit) but more or less because the soma is built like. 1/4/5. Leaving two types to be really good with the third being mediocre. The magnus, is unfortunately pretty bad statwise because of the 20/12/12 Meaning that it doesn't have TWO strong suits and one badone, it has 1 mediocre and 2 low. Its really just a better than the sicarus prime tbh.(without the burst fire). ----------- Not a bad gun, but not something I'm going to pour 3-4 forma into. Zsword Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 It was a little mis interpretation on my part. >.> When 1/2/2 was first mentioned, they more intended as x/y/y where x>y, and I read it as 1:2:2, where the first damage is less than the second two that are about equal. 1/4/5 is literally the Soma's base damage Stats. V Polarity x1. 20% Crit rate with x2.0 damage Critical strikes do some serious damage. was hitting 3k-5k on Grineer.
