Also If you can, what will happen when someone else putts in another anti-toxin, will it fill up for more than 100% or will the counter take longer because there is more anti-toxin in it.

I'm sure you can since you can achive 400 points. everyone brings one so I'm sure only 1 person could

I did a vermilion run recently. The meter only fills up to 100%, but the points shown at the end of the mission add up to more than 100. Vermillion can be used to avoid the problem with people trolling by saying they have lapis then leaving.

 You'll notice it takes a while longer to fill to 100% when you use 4 Vermillion. That is because instead of filling to 400%, which would look silly, it still just fills up to 100%, though the score you wait for is different.

 

 It is the difference between waiting for 100% of 100 points and 100% of 400 points.
