Cannon, the Artillery of War

This is Cannon, the Artillery of War; the Leader of Battle

    Cannon is a heavy warframe based with extremely destructive abilities. Using a forming Arm Cannon on his right arm when using his abilities, Cannon is able to take damage to a whole new level. But this power comes with a heavy price. When Cannon uses his abilities, he must undergo a warm-up charge before using an ability, making him completely unable to attack/dodge/sprint until the charge is finished. Can aim using the zoom if desired to indicate where his ability will land more accurately.

 

STATS

Health 150 | Shields 150 | Power 100 | Armor 150 | Speed 1.0 | Stamina 90
Polarities: Ability x4, V x2 | Aura Polarity: Bar

 

SKILLS

Charged Shell - Fire a heavy charged motar shell at enemies in a large area.

 

- (Does 250/500/750/1000 AoE Blast Damage per rank)
- (Warm-up Charge time is 5/4/3 seconds per rank)
- (AoE Blast range is effected by range mods)
- (Blast Damage is effected by strength mods)
- (Blast damage procs at 20%)

 

Call to Arms - Rallies surrounding allies in battle, raising both Max Heath and Shields.

 

- (Max Heath and Shields raise by 30/60/90% per rank)
- (Max amount of Health and Shields raised is affected by strength mods)
- (Range of the rally is effected by range mods)
- (Duration of the buff is 10/15/20 seconds long)
- (Max duration of the buff is effected by duration mod)
- (Does not effect minions/mind control)
- (Cannon's only skill that doesnt require a warm-up charge)

 

Napalm Shell - Cannon fires a napalm-grade motar shell, dealing heavy fire damage over time.

 

- (Deals 50/75/100 Fire damage over time on enemies, and makes flames on the floor)
- (Warm-up Charge time is 6/5/4 seconds per rank)
- (Duration of the damage over time is effected by duration mods)
- (Range of the AoE blast, and fire on the floor is effected by range mods)
- (Fire Damage is effect by strength mods)
- (Fire damage procs at 80% on AoE explosion, 60% proc from flames on the floor)

 

Nuclear War - Unleash a compact Mini Nuke that will deal unparalleled power on the battle field.

 

- (Deals 1100/2200/3300 radiation damage in a large area)
- (AoE blast range isnt effected by range mods)
- (radiation damage is effected by strength mods)
- (Warm-up Charge time is 8/6/4)
- (Radiation damage procs at 80% upon impact)
- (Enemies in the cloudy aftermath become blinded, either by the explosion or by walking in it)

imagine this warframe added to DE's streak of Unreal Tournament spin-off weapons. and by means of spin-off, this warframe along with Redeemer of WF.

 

Afraid I never played that game before, so I apologize if the idea sounds like something similar to that game you mentioned.

 

But honestly, when it comes down to it they are all guns just the same.
