How Do I Get A Clan Emblem?

Hi, i have been in my clan since i created it in U8 when the dojos came out. And now it has all reserched but Djin(the sentinel) and a cool design (for me), plus some decorations(that are cool for me too) and the trading post and all the things a good clan should have. Im the only one in my clan(lol i know) but i want to have an emblem just because i want something on my(forgot wich) shoulder besides the event badges. Can anyone tell me how do i submit(or whatever the hell is needed to do) a clan emblem?

i dont see the appeal at present given that no-one really notices those tiny badges anyways, cant really show off to ppl when ppl dont see the badges and dont know the clans or any of the players in them anyways.
