Now I'm also trying to sign up for a Drivers Knowledge Test and I need 2 proof of my address. I already have the first one, but the second one have to either be a Declaration of Guarantor OR a Bank Statement. Un1337ninj4 Posted February 12, 2014 Share Posted February 12, 2014 Welp, if you can't make a transaction you may still be able to receive a monthly bank statement, granted your bank still does it by paper. If not can you elaborate or inquire for exactly what is included as a Declaration of Guarantor? To me it sounds like you need to play D&D and have your DM say "Guarantor, Declares you live in an alternate reality where people role dice to say what the hell we're doing.".
