DeadScream
"Artemis", a warframe built with an arrow generator in the right arm and a magnetic bow in the left one. concept The bow only deploys when Artemis uses her abilities, so that she can totally use other weapons. When she uses her abilities, her arm shield creates a force field, protecting her from her targets (but not enemies behind and on the sides.) role : Ranged crowd control and DPS support. ____________________________________________________________________ ABILITIES #1 - Piercing Arrow - energy 25 - Artemis shoots a powerful arrow in a straight line, punching through enemies and basic obstacles. The arrow end it's travel when it gets stopped by a big wall or obstacle. Damage : 300/400/500 puncture + 300/400/500 elemental damage and 100% special proc chance. -> see #2 #2 - Switch Element - energy 10 - Artemis is able to choose between magnetic, blast and radiation damage for all of her 3 other abilities. Magnetic (initial position) - Enemies get attracted by each other if they are too close, resulting in their massive fall. Blast - Arrows release explosions each time they hit an obstacle or an enemy (~ "thunderbolt" mod) Radiation - Enemies attack their allies if they get marked by the radiation effect (~ "Chaos") #3 - Punishment - energy 75 - Artemis unleashes a wide and powerful beam, pinning any taken enemy at the next obstacle behind him. -> effective push back on a long distance, but with less radius than Banshee's sonic boom. Damage : 400/500/600 impact + 400/500/600 elemental damage and 75% special proc chance. #4 - Rain - energy 100 - Artemis shoots a special arrow, able to split up and create a highly damaging piercing rain on a certain area. The arrow divides after 2 seconds of flight or when it hits a roof. Artemis can aim her shot, allowing for different effects : For example shooting in front of her instead of above will result in a shotgun-like attack on a way bigger distance than a shotgun, and shooting right above her head will result in a narrow rain right at her feet but with a very higher damage. The arrow splits up into 15/17/19/22 arrows, each dealing 600 punture, 200 slash and 500 elemental damage with 50% special proc chance. Surviving enemies get pinned depending on the direction of the arrow which did hit them for a 4 seconds duration. Hrodgrim
I like that last skill. Pretty clever.
Mothy
Interesting... ^^ I have to admit, this is a Warframe that would pair well with other bow weapons, like the Paris or allow her to be a good all-range fighter build. And the last skill is also very cleverly made, like Reefermun said. ^^ <
Krion112
That's a pretty awesome idea. Give or take a couple of tweaks, and it would totally be game worthy!
DeadScream
Thanks men ! :3 I absolutely wanted "Rain" to be different than other ultimates, maybe hard to use but very modulable. Thanks for your support and feel free to tell me what may be changed !
