Graphic Card Help!

So I've been having some lag issues in the game, and while I have been fiddling around with the games graphics, I'm rather hesitant to play with my video card's graphic options. 

 

I have a Nvidia GeForce GT 640. I'm also wanting to turn on Nvidia Phyx effects since I have a Nvidia card, but it's blanked out for me for some reason.

 

Any help to try optimize my computer?

So the physx thing is not automatically installed on my initial install of my graphics card?

You cannot install physx in safe mode, I have updated the guide to help you with physx.

It still says run in safe mode...

Also, I updated to the Gforce experience and it won't detect warframe, no matter what folder I have it search.

Interesting, the Physx option isn't blanked out...and All I did was update the driver...
