Warframe Is Not An Mmo

Basically the current maximum of only 4 players per map is what keeps Warframe from being a real 'M'MOG.

Even 40-64+ players interacting isn't a MMO. So I see why some don't see it as a MMO, I agree. Once/if that ever changes, then WF will no doubt be a MMO.

This is still going on?

Wow. Don't you guys have something better to do?

Welcome to the internet?

Arguing, and seemingly passionate about a particular side of that argument, about inconsequential semantics is what game forums were actually created for right?

There's a fine line between frivolous topics and stupid ones.

What about minecraft? You wanna call that an MMO now too? :P

Also the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer had community events. That was already mentioned above though

Well, considering Minecraft can have servers up to 3000 people... yeah, I'd say it qualifies as one based on what's been said.

Here's a more official claim:

"Warframe is a cooperative free-to-play online action game set in an evolving sci-fi world. Join your friends in player-vs-enemy raids across the solar system and master the power of the Warframes. Stand alone or fight together against enemies that threaten your world." - Digital Extremes

MMO? Don't be silly.

It's obviously a realistic farming simulator.

Realistic?

I've had better luck trying to get a Rhino Prime chassis by sticking lima beans in concrete and pouring sulfuric acid on them than I have farming T3 survivals.

Even nature can't compete with Warframes RNG.
