After an hour or so, I got the Blueprint for it without a hotfix so there might be a big delay on receiving the blueprint. Hope this helps. Cheers! Hovering over its image in the new Prime Access page shows a description saying "Collect 2x Uncommon Resources". I thought the Titan Prime already did that, though.
