A Taser Like Weapon Would Be Cool !

There's already the Lanka dealing electrical damage but it's a sniper.....

 

Why not add a taser gun/modified stun gun? Deals high electrical damage by firing small bolts that stick onto the enemy and activate  on contact , proc chance similar to the tysis if not higher.

While a new weapon would be cool, why not buff the Prova to be like the Acrid and Castanas to proc their natural element 100%?

Wait, don't the castanas count as a tazer-like weapon? They stun 100% of the time, and they're EXACTLY what you're proposing.

Well they're stun mines , not tazers ; It's kind of like comparing the supra and the cestras...or the tysis with the upcoming acid rifle.

1: its a gun like you are looking for, doesnt matter its not tenno, corpus, or grineer made.

2: you dont have to fire it that, you could use it as a semi auto if you want to.

 

edit: I do agree more weapons and choices are nice to have so i would support another stun chance weapon.

Just get a Lectra. It's a melee weapon, which a stungun can be used as, and it has a decent range when you use it, much like the range a stungun might have with it's electric barbs + metal wire.

i think this is a great idea, a pistol with like 50 or more electrical damage with ROF like the tysis, and it will make enemies ragdoll, with a limited rane tho, not short but limited, 1+ for you
