Deconstructor Attack Type

I'm somewhat sure this is a bug, but it turns out that neither Pressure Point(+ melee damage) nor Killing Blow(+ charge damage) actually increase the damage of Deconstructor.

 

It seems like at least one of them should.

 

I'm also gonna go out on a limb here, and suppose this also means all of the various attack/charge attack speed buffs won't do anything for Deconstructor either.

 

I'm not 100% certain here, but between lack of a crit, lack of an attack type, lack of damage types outside of impact... I'm not sure that there are even 8 mods(one per slot) that actually upgrade Deconstructor as a weapon.

 

Kind of disappointing.

Yep, its a weapon that uses melee mods, but have rifle/pistol atributes.

Noticed that, did some testing:

 

found that heavy trauma (I think: the one that improves melee impact damage) upped the base impact, and that elemental mods do respond to each other, but pressure point, killing blow, and spoiled strike all had no effect.

 

I THINK fury upped the speed, not sure, don't remember.
