Rifle Aptitude Mod Litle Under Power?

well look at the rifle aptitude mod as a single stat mod shouldnt it have higher power than the dual stat mod?

also as a single mod it doesnt have enough stat to worth puting it in any build a change to the % would be better is what i think.

 

as rifle aptitude have 15% chance

while malignant force have 60% chance on top of 60% poison dmg

or hammer shot have 40% chance with 60% crit dmg

Of course, but if you could add a buff to Rifle apt, or Intruder, which would you buff first?

Rifle Aptitude, of course.

 

Buffing the other accomplishes nothing unless you start tacking on other bonus effects.  It needs more challenging hacks before it would be worth using.  And even then, I really wouldn't want to feel obligated to use it.  It's too narrow of a mod, impacting a very small part of the game.  Really, Intruder could just be scrapped and its thing merged into Master Thief.
