Rending Strike With Slash And Impact

Thought it'd be useful to have 2 more mods like Rending Strike but have them with slash and impact.

I'm still confused as to how Charged Attack damage calculations work until now. Does Slash/Puncture/Impact damage actually contribute to it at all? It doesn't show this in-game.

I believe that they factor proportionately into the charge attack. (i.e. 60s/20i/20p will become 120s/40i/40p (hypothetically))

Edit: this is assuming that the weapon has 100 base damage and 200 charge damage

Umm it depends on weapon. If its a puncture weapon then rending strike and the normal puncture mod you won't need slash or impact. But it really depends on the weapon.

I'm not positive but I think slash/impact/puncture increased charged damage doing more damage if it's with the corresponding damage type that the weapon is strongest with. Again slash/impact/puncture might have a effect on it but charged damage has it's own mods which would effect the damage it does further.
