Well... It's your concept... You should probably contribute some ideas of your own. Like aesthetics, abilities, etc.

I could do something, but I need more information on it. Persian like the pokemon? The people? What time frame? What aspect (art, writing)? Stuff liek that.

The idea is that the community will add more and more ideas to the concept, fall in love with it, demand it, and DE would have to listen because everyone helped make it.

 

Sadly, that probably won't happen, as cool as that would be.

It's far better for someone to gain support for their concept rather than allow the community to mould it for you. Everyone will have ideas for it that will conflict in some way or another, thus meaning it'll be a menagerie of non-canon lore, outlying statistics and abilities that have already been suggested for other frames a hundred times.

Since you want a persian-ish theme, why not make the powers sand-based?

 

Ability 1: Dust Dash

Energy Cost: 50

[Name] turns into a cloud of dust and sand, becoming invulnerable for a few seconds and gaining increased movement speed. If she runs into an enemy they are staggered and blinded, but the duration of the ability is shortened.

 

Ability 2: Quick Sand

Energy Cost: 75

[Name] turns the area around/in front of her into quicksand, sinking enemies into the ground and causing DoT. If an enemy has fully sunken when the ability ends they are automatically killed, if not then they are knocked down and take a large amount of damage.

 

Ability 3: Desert Sword

Energy Cost: 25

[Name] forms her right arm into a big blade of sand, then slashes forward in a horizontal motion. 

 

Ability 4: Sand Storm

Energy Cost:100

[Name] decomposes and reforms into a raging sandstorm, sucking in and hurling around enemies. While like this she can still move, and has increased movement speed, but at the cost of decreased turning power and the side effect of sliding a few more feet forward when she tries to stop after moving fast.
