I mean who the hell make a low-shield warframe who deplete 1/3 of her shield for attack got halved shield? gnat6 Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 As much as I dislike the ice hazards valkyr is the least affected by it as long as you have at least a rank 6 steel fiber equiped. I have fought level 40 napalms with a rank 30 valkyr with no shield mods and a decaying dragon key equipped and they are a lot more lethal than anything the corpus can throw at you.
