Fix Rending Strike

Rending strike used to be a nightmare charge mod, but as of Melee 2.0 it was changed to +15% slash damage and +20% puncture damage. The real problem with this setup is that it's redundant: Pressure point does everything this mod does better and at less mod cost. 

 

I think that this mod should use the following definition of rend:

wrench (something) violently. (Google)
 
instead of the standard definition:
tear (something) into two or more pieces. (Google)

 

this would allow us to flavor-fully create the following mod:

+15 blast damage and +20 impact damage.

 

This change will give a mod that increases melee's crowd control ability by causing knockdowns.

 

tl;dr: rending strike is redundant because pressure point does everything it does better.

And we have yet another useless physical damage mod. Seriously, they've been worthless ever since damage 2.0 (except for poor Accelerated Blast, who slipped under their radar before being violently crushed with the nerfhammer). Rending Strike had some niche use for a bit more charge damage when you absolutely can't sacrifice charge time (eg. glaive use against a *lot* of enemies), but that is now no more.
