@VectorWolf

Only difference is that the reward tools are not loaded, that means that jWarframe does not need load all the images into memory - saving a lot of RAM. But, all settings, filters etc. are the same and you can still change the ignore status of current alerts and invasions (via the table checkboxes).

jWarframe needs to be restarted after the setting is changed, so all memory are returned to the OS. You can always switch back, if you need to edit your filters.

I hope that explain the option detailed enough. If you have any other question about the feature, feel free to ask again :)

@VectorWolf

If something is not included in the current data set, you will always get notified when it appears in an alert or invasion.

It only exclude what you have set to be ignored. Something new will never be on the excluded list and will always "sound the alarm" :)

No, thanks, that will do. :)

Again, thanks for hard work on this. I just hope I didn't missed any of the new helmet alerts during the time in between introducing them, and this update :P

As goldengnu said, alerts rewards that dont match any of the filters will always toggle an app alert.

Thats (somewhat) why i'm not in a total hurry to release the filters for the new rewards, trying to wait to be sure of the strings.

Cool. Didn't know that.

Again, thanks for help. :)

@Gio21

Thanks for reporting it :)

@Tazmanyak

Tests are done at compile time. It checks that everything works as expected.

That is how I found the "Invasions would ignore new rewards" bug.

But, as it run every time jWarframe is compiled, it also make sure that changes to the code don't break anything.

@Gio21

Yes, I did make jEveAssets, as well...

I have worked on jEveAssets since 2009.

That was my first really big free time project.

jWarframe is small and simple compared to jEveAssets.

Good luck in eve online.

Remember; don't fly anything you can't afford to lose (including cargo).

But, don't be afraid to lose ships and take chances, it will make the game much more fun! :)

And join the Eve-Uni fleets, as often as you can - that is where the magic happens.

Fly safe o7

Hey guys.

The gods of alert tool missed 2 helmets as far i could see.

- Mordred Excalibur

- Armistice Vauban

and the new one - Solstice Equinox

What are you talking about? I just checked last month of twitterbot, and there was no alerts for any of those helmets.

every helmet can appear in alert.

Yes, but those three hadn't yet.

Besides, as GoldenGnu said himself, alerts with items that aren't on the list in jW, appear anyway. Animal Instinct isn't on the list, but I got the info when there was alert with it. It just isn't named properly, but in code name.

I think you're speaking past each other.

Black_ScOrpion01; mean they're missing from the data set (true)

VectorWolf: Say you will get notified for them anyway, if they do appear (also true)

I'll contract Tazmanyak and ask if he is up for the job of adding them, otherwise I'll do it myself ASAP :)

Thank you for reporting it o7
