That does seem to be the OPs goal.

He doesn't want to balance the frames, just ruin random frames that he doesn't seem to like for no reason in particular.

He complains "These frames are one trick ponies!" but does NOTHING to fix that other than nerf the one trick they have.  Which turns them into useless no trick ponies that no one will ever use.

He should have found ways to buff the rest of their kit.  That way they would no longer be one trick ponies.  Then they could nerf any "op" abilities they have (which, out of the frames he listed is none of them).

That seems to be an issue with most player suggestions. They are based on personal preferences and anecdotal experience, and as such often lean too far one way or the other, without actually achieving balance.

Invis needs some soft counters, its too much of a faceroll now, especially solo, when the silly teammates dont draw aggro. And 4x melee damage is OP. 

Blessing is obviously getting nerfed, as it should stop being constant global invincibility. 

Other abilities have drawbacks and limitations, they are not OP, maybe they could use some tweaks, but nothing major.

Hysteria

Hysteria acts as Valkyr's personal invulnerability. I want to transfer this power to a more offensive role.

 

Spoiler 
Energy Siphon + power eff + duration (optional: + Rage), continuous invincibility + lifesteal (not that you would really lose health to need it).

 

Guns are useless, have no effect on Hysteria.

 

Possible ability overhaul (all of these changes applied together):

1. Activating Hysteria forces Valkyr to use her melee weapon rather than the claws. If no melee weapon is equipped then use the claws.

2. Channeling is allowed during Hysteria if melee weapon is equipped. All effects from channeling mods (e.g. +% channel damage, +% life steal, + or -% channeling efficiency) are increased.

3. Remove invincibility. Instead, split incoming damage on health between your health, stamina, and energy.

4. Remove lifesteal.

5. Killing an enemy marked by Hysteria activation using claws will give health, stamina, and energy. Killing an enemy marked by Hysteria activation using melee weapon will give energy.

6. Combo chain damage multiplier for claw is much higher than any melee weapon.

7. Hysteria's damage/critical/status receives a bonus based on the stats of all equipped weapons. Some examples: bring a dread/paris prime/synapse to raise Hysteria critical chance, grinlok/strun wraith/tysis to raise Hysteria status chance, ogris/penta to raise Hysteria base damage, etc.

 

most things, I don't care about that much, ight be good, might be very bad, have to consider those further, but the combo of removing invulnerability AND lifesteal is not good. You are like a radial disarmed enemie running at heavy gunner laughing his .... off. and when you arrive, more if you arrive, then what, oh yeah you're alrdy dead, because there are twenty other enemies that were shooting at you and you can do nothing about it.

 

The greatest limitation of hysteria is that you have lost ranged capacitations, excluding ripline, IF, if if if, I would remove invulnereability, I would increase natural regenration, status immunity, and an increased lifesteal, runspeed and perhaps jumphight, and STAMINA (you're going beserk, you can rest when everything is dead). (oh yeah and maybe an innate reflection). (btw I do think there should be done something with invulnerability, maybe like snowglobe, but if they remove it there should be compensations, because you are as good as landlocked)
