JohnMarkLee
I was wondering why Luna wasn't added from the start. But wouldn't these make good maps? Grineer Asteroid Stations would fit the Asteroid Belt. Luna could have less gravity than normal missions and enemy astronauts!
(PSN)NicoTheSneakyGuy
The Lua node on Earth is technically the Moon.
Dualstar
And while i cant recall all of thier names, Jupiter has 6 moons that qualify as dwarf planets, Saturn has 2, and Neptune has 1. Oh, and Ceres is the largest asteroid in the Asteroid Belt. Edited May 26, 2014 by Dualstar
Firetempest
Luna should be more than a node. If they can make phobos, a speck of rock into a tile set that looks as large as a planet. Why not.
RoboticBanana1
The Lua node on Earth is technically the Moon. Then kick it out into orbit! We need a Moon (or moonbase/lunar dome) map.
Nampoosh
The problem with adding moons is that DE will start to get complaints like "you added X planet's moon, why not Y planet's moon?" That and it would clutter up the star map.
DalaiLlama
Added to that there would have to be something on the moon that people wanted to get. Or else, it would just become another Europa or Sedna as I've heard people call it: complete it once, never return (For anything but Kappa, it seems). The planet itself ends up being just more repetitive mission grinding for seemingly little payoff. Edited May 26, 2014 by DalaiLlama
(PSN)lll-URBAN-III
Yeah they should just put that nice planet in that I visited last year, I forget the name but it had 70mph winds

Wiegraf
Why did they add Phobos but not Deimos? It's because it's where the demons are at.... :)
Lucredis
Why did they add Phobos but not Deimos? It was one of Mars' node. Dunno when it's got removed, tho. I usually rank up my stuffs there back then.
Cybernetix
Maybe the Moon is being reserved for the Red Veil or another resistance faction to set up a secret base or something. It's the classic 'They'll never think to look for us here'.
Methanoid
theres a bit more "missing" than the OP mentions ever so slightly. starmaps like that because more in its current format would be far too cramped, they mentioned a revamp/replacement a while back for the starmap, maybe to counter that very limitation/issue. JohnMarkLee
"you added X planet's moon, why not Y planet's moon?" "and it would clutter up the star map" This is Earth's moon were talking about though. It should of been here from the start. However all because they added one moon doesn't mean they can't add more. As fro cluttering the system map. They are adding a new map introduced in Devstream 29.
