There are still spawns from the door you're trying to hack. Lotus, they're still coming at us. Helloooo?" Essentially, the Lotus isn't acknowledging the spawns on the kill counter, so there are more corpus than when the kill counter is full, making the Lotus look extremely silly. Ditto for invasions when you still have surviving allies. She's never been able to count or do math in general.
