Platinum Giveaway: Restores some health to all allies. 2.) Hair on Mic: Enemies within earshot are confused and deafened for the duration. 3.) It's the Grineer! Summons a horde of Grineer mercenaries who will murder everything in sight but steal all money and ammunition. 4.) Redtext Ritual: Invulnerable for the next 5 minutes. Random debuffs affect all nearby enemies. Megan would have these powers: 1.) Chocoboat: Enemies in target area are stunned. 2.) Adoring Fanclub: Gain an ally who will fight to the death to protect the caster. 3.) Fan Art: Conjures a random piece of fan art into existence. Living entities are allied, weapons and equipment can be wielded. 4.) Prime Time: For the remainder of the mission, team is 20% faster and does 20% more damage. Lqn8r Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 (edited) Steve Would have these powers: 1) Soon: Enemies would be unable to fire their guns until a certain point. 2)Down the Block: Enemies would be trapped in an endless tileset that repeats over and over. They would get bored after a certain point and despawn. 3) Around the corner: Enemies would never spawn but the waypoint would make it seem as if they will be in the next room. 4) I don't know what other delay phrase there is so I'll just leave this blank and fix it, Soon TM. VKhaun Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 (edited) New warframe: Reblotus 1) Sideball: Tosses a sideball which can hit the target enemy and one enemy perpendicular to that enemy. Similar to Oberon's 1. 2) Bio-signature Detection: Team gains enemy radar and a melee damage buff. Melee damage buff scales with number of enemies (up to a cap). Only counts enemies for the buff if they're on everyone's radar. 3) Platinum Prize: Restore full HP to a random ally or self and grant 5sec invulnerability. More damaged = higher chance, but not garaunteed. Affected by duration, but suffers from 'power in use'. 4) It's The Grineer! What Momaw said, except more powerful!
