Keeeeder
Inexperienced player here looking for some people to play and trade information with.. I am on almost everyday but not for as long as I would like. I chose Excalibur to start and am trying to start going for parts for Rhino until I get further to pick up Loki or Frost parts. Other than that I am just trying to get through the campaign so if you're up for it just add me. Username: Keeeeder I should be on a decent amount this weekend! Chroia
A friend wrote up a Warframe 'primer' you might benefit from: http://forums.tex.xeev.eu/chat/how-to-warframe Some of it's probably outdated, but nothing leaps out at me at a glance. Some useful wiki entries: Damage resistences/weaknesses. Fusing mods. (tl;dr - 300 credits per mod used in fusion. Duplicates of the same mod are the most efficient to use (but using rare(ly dropped) mods is a waste), then Fusion cores, then other mods with the same polarity, then other mods with a different polarity.) Mastery test info. Some things to know: * Some decent weapons can be bought for credits from the market, but they're under the 'weapons' not the 'weapon blueprint' sections. * There are a set of mods that increase weapon base damage. e.g. Serration, Pressure Point. They make a big difference. Life is easier once you have them, but until you do, utilize on the 'elemental rock-paper-scissors' (linked above) where possible. * Mastery rank tests can be taken once per day. Reading up on the relevant test in the wiki (linked above) before taking it tends to make them a lot easier. ("... knowing is half the battle.") * Kill Phorid a few times. He (fairly commonly) drops a Power-modifying mod (Stretch) which is good to have. Also, YMMV but I love Nyx. * Rhino is a good frame to have, while you're building up your available assets, as I'm sure you know. * Unless you intend to buy Platinum, I recommend using it on slots (at least until you get something you can sell). Off the top of my head. Edited June 6, 2014 by Chroia
